Anthony William, the medical medium.
Just a reminder for everybody who's driving around in this kind of heat that's going on out there across this country and around the world.
Got really serious rising temperatures happening.
Tragedies are happening out there.
So just a little reminder, it's not the cooler months.
It's not the cooler temperatures where you can leave a dog in the car.
You can leave a cat in the car.
A lot of people leave their babies in the car for just a few minutes.
And in this heat, it doesn't work.
It's lethal and dangerous.
Little reminder about that.
Elderly people, disabled people that are actually in cars waiting for loved ones.
In this kind of heat, it can get really, really, really dangerous.
I just want to say something about it because there's a lot of people dying.
a lot of children, babies, toddlers this year, pets, dogs, cats, birds, people with like birds
in cages that are moving or taking them to a friend's house. All kinds of different pets are
dying in cars right now. It's absolutely tragic. I just want to say something about it because
I'm watching it out there and I'm, and I'm scratching my head and I'm like, dear Lord,
you know do people know what's going on with this heat so i want to give you a couple of tips about
how it works out there with the heat if you hear the weather is going to be 95 degrees that means
it's 105 degrees keep that in mind they don't talk about it the news the weather channel
weather reports they i don't know if this is on purpose i believe that it can be on purpose
I haven't asked Spirit of Compassion if it's done on purpose because I know that people, they're not trying to trick people about the weather too much out there.
The weatherman is not trying to trick a person.
So, but on a higher upper echelon, a higher level out there, above the weatherman, there, yeah, there's definitely sometimes some sinister stuff going on out there.
because no matter how we slice the cake out there,
it's not pro keeping people around and healthy.
The world's set up to decrease health, and we know that.
I won't go into all of that right now because there's a lot there.
But you have to be careful with this kind of heat.
So the weather, when they say it's 95, that's a shade temperature.
When they say it's 85, that's a shade temperature.
Important to know.
Same thing with like 97 degrees.
That's a shade temperature.
They're not saying, hey, it's 95 in the shade, 105 in the sun.
95 in the shade, 110 in the sun, depending where you are, what time of year it is,
where you are on this planet.
it. So 95 in the shade, no matter what means 105 in the sun or more, depending on where you are.
Important tip. So when you're looking at the weather and you say, oh, it's 90 degrees.
Let me take my grandpa for a walk on a trail somewhere. And then it's 10 degrees more than
what that is. And people don't realize this and people don't bring enough provisions. So
Not only are people losing babies and toddlers, children in cars right now, and to elderly people in cars right now because of forgetting, leaving the engine running, the auxiliary shuts down, the car shuts down, there's no air conditioning anymore, and they don't realize that.
And not only are people leaving loved ones in cars and forgetting about them or thinking five minutes, ten minutes isn't bad at all.
They're leaving dogs and cats, other pets in the car as well.
And that's happening.
And they're used to cooler temperatures.
And then the heat just sneaks up on everybody.
So it's like the first heat wave that comes to town.
All these people get sick and die.
They get left in cars.
And it's a tragedy. It's terrifying.
And so just a little reminder out there, if you know friends and family that are used to leaving their children in the car for a couple of minutes or five minutes or ten minutes.
Or taking naps in the car.
Or they're just, they get busy.
They run in to do an errand somewhere.
They don't realize it.
They're in there for 15 minutes.
A child's in the car for 15 minutes.
A dog is in the car for 15 minutes.
And you always want to crack the windows, but in this heat, that's not going to save anybody.
And it's not going to save an animal.
It may save them at the start for the first five minutes or eight minutes.
But it's not going to save them with the heat and the temperatures that are happening so far right now.
So it's a very hot year all around.
Won't go into the whole climate change thing in this talk.
But I do want to go into that someday and talk about that.
It's important to know. It's another topic I would love to cover pretty soon.
But it is getting warmer this year. It's a bad year like that.
And when you've got chronic illness and you're struggling, nerves swell from the heat.
So look out too, because then you're going to think you're going backwards for some other reason.
So if you're somebody that has different symptoms that are neurological, and maybe you don't know they're neurological,
but you have different symptoms you don't feel good you've been to a lot of doctors you had a
lot of diagnoses keep in mind the heat makes it feel worse and then if you feel like you're set
back from the heat then you're gonna think you're doing something wrong like you're not gonna
realize you were in really hot weather that your nerves swelled your brain got hot the brain
inflammation that you have or cranial nerve inflammation that you have or brain stem
inflammation that you have, you don't realize that the swelling got a lot more serious.
And so when someone has fibromyalgia, they got multiple sclerosis or neurological Lyme,
or they have some kind of neurological condition or symptoms.
Those are just a few I'm mentioning.
Even if it's symptoms that are not diagnosed properly because you don't have the right
diagnosis yet. You've been to five doctors. They all have different opinions. Either way,
in the heat, it worsens it. And then you'll blame yourself. You'll be like, what did I do wrong?
I got a setback. Is it the protocol? Is it, is it some food I just ate? What is it? And really,
the weather's really intense. So here's another tip too. If it is 95 degrees outside,
in the shade 105 in the sun you're inside in the air conditioning your body still feels
something so your body's actually still feeling something it still knows it's hot outside
now you're not going to be affected so much because you're inside and you got the air
conditioning but you're going to feel it your body's still going to know it so you have to
still stay chill. You got to be careful. You know, in the morning you can be more active.
The end of the day you can be more active or early in the night. But in the middle of the day,
keep the brain calm. Try to avoid, if possible, any kind of real stressful situations that you
have control avoiding. I know there's so many stressful situations we don't have control
avoiding so but at the same time in the middle of the day when that temp is really up out there
just when you're sick you're chronically ill and you've struggled along the way
realize that you could short circuit a little bit neurotransmitters get hot
electrical impulses get hot neurons get hot and so when someone's struggling with any kind
a chronic illness neurologically the heat becomes a problem and then you think you're set back
because you're doing something wrong but your body has this sensor built in your brain has a
sensor built in and even though your core temperature isn't rising because you're indoors
in the air conditioning but outside it's a really really hot day your body understands this and
actually knows that it's really hot out there. So because of that, your body's kind of on guard
and it's looking out for you, but you can feel it too. You can actually feel it and you may not
feel as good as you normally do. So try not to beat yourself up. Have compassion for yourself.
Look out for yourself. Um, bet yourself on the back and realize that, Hey, it's really,
really hot outside i'm not doing anything wrong but i might not be feeling as good as a 65 degree
in the shade 75 degree in the sunday on a sun on a sunny beautiful day 70 75 degrees low humidity
you'll feel better on that day versus a 95 degree day in the shade and 105 degree in the sun um
sun. So keep an eye out on those temperatures and be careful. The industries don't say,
hey you, it's 89 in the shade, 99 in the sun. If you have chronic illness, look out.
They just don't do that. But once again, don't leave your pets in the car in this kind of heat.
cracked windows isn't enough. Obviously, don't leave family members in the car and look out for
that auxiliary button. Here's a huge mistake. People have these cars, these new cars. They go
into that energy saving mode. The car shuts down when you leave your front seat. You go somewhere,
you shut your door, your car runs for about five, ten minutes, maybe a little longer,
and then it shuts down.
And if you have somebody in the car
or a pet in the car,
it could be tragic.
But then in your mind,
your car is still running,
but it's not.
If you're somebody that's got a new car
or a new used car
and you're not familiar with it
and you leave a baby in the car
or a pet in the car
and that auxiliary kicks in
and you're gone for an hour
on a 105 degree day,
95 degree in the shade.
It's absolutely tragic.
And the car can get to be like 130 degrees.
Where things melt inside the car.
Anyway, I just thought I would let everybody know.
I know you guys do an amazing job looking out for yourselves.
And you've seen so many things.
And you're so seasoned.
Because the medical medium community is that seasoned.
That you're already looking out for these things.
And you already know about a lot of this.
I still want it to be just someone that's messaging a little reminder out there.
And I've been talking to Spirit of Compassion a lot about all of it.
And if you were at the event in Culver City, the temperature was beautiful.
The weather was amazing.
Big shade trees were there in the park.
It was absolutely, historically incredible and beautiful.
and it was everything I could dream of.
The weather was everything I can dream of
because I was worried about that and concerned
and trying to time it just right.
It's a spirit of compassion.
And I were trying to time it just right
because we don't want to do something like that
on a 100 degree day, 95 degree shade, 105 in the sun,
especially with chronic illness and so forth,
or for anyone at that.
so that weather was really beautiful and perfect for that day and these are things that I think
about all the time anyway I hope you're taking care of yourself keep a light heart I hope you're
having a good summer even if you're still on mattress island and working on your healing
process or you're on couch island and working on your healing process please take care of yourself
keep a light heart.
Please keep a light heart.
Don't be hard on yourself.
If you see people out there
driving around or having fun
and you're like, well, I'm stuck on Couch Island,
Mattress Island, you'll be
out there someday.
You'll move out of it.
You'll get off of Couch Island,
Mattress Island
and have more and more hours
away
anyway.
Envision that.
Envision that.
Nothing but healing.
I love you guys.
Take care. Bye.
